QMS (Quality Management System) Introduction
Our company passed the ISO9002-1994 international quality system certification in November 1998, and passed the re-examination of the ISO9001-2000 quality management system in November 2001. Since the establishment of the quality management system, it has been coordinated and orderly, operated effectively and continuously improved, which has provided a solid foundation for product quality assurance.
Quality policy
The factory is responsible for the requirements of customers, and the employees are responsible for the quality of their work. Timely delivery, stable quality, and thoughtful and comprehensive services are all of our work. Continuously improving product quality and always pursuing customer satisfaction is our eternal goal.

Quality policy, quality objectives, quality manuals, procedure documents, work instructions, quality plans, product standards, technical drawings, process documents, operating procedures, records and forms, procurement specifications, etc.
The basic principles of ISO9001:2000 quality system
Pay attention to customer needs, pay attention to customer expectations, pay attention to customer satisfaction;
Emphasize leadership and full participation in management responsibilities;
Adopt process methods in identifying each link, adopt systematic methods in managing the entire system, and apply statistical techniques in monitoring and measurement;
Establish a mutually beneficial relationship with the supplier and interdependence with the supplier;
The planning process, implementation process, inspection analysis, implementation improvement (ie P-D-C-A cycle) can continuously improve the process capability and the effectiveness of the quality management system, and ultimately improve product quality;
Based on the quality policy objectives, continuous improvement through internal audit, management review and data analysis, in order to improve the company's ability to create value for customers.
Quality system audit
External audit: The company's QMS is audited by the customer.
Internal audit: The general manager organizes an annual management review to review the suitability and effectiveness of the QMS process and system. Internal auditors must be trained and qualified by the Electronics Industry Standardization and Quality Training Center.
Third-party audit: The company’s QMS is audited annually by the China Electronics Quality System Certification Center;
